Demo Day Flyer Template

When you need to advertise your Demo Day, these flyers can help players identify that it is about Selkirk paddles and convey the needed information to participate.

Choose the flyer that most closely matches your participating player-type.

Remember that holding advertised Demo Days can fulfill your yearly Advocate Renewal which requires a sign-in sheet be completed.

Demo Day Survey Template

This particular survey is geared more for post-beginner players. Players who have had a paddle in the past and have some kind of idea bout they "think" they want/need in a paddle. This gives you a quick way to evaluate what they think. These are especially useful during busy Demo Days and can offer a quick way to gather contact information so you can follow-up with them after the event is over.

Getting Started Checklist Template

The day of the Demo Day can be a bit rushed and hectic. It can lead to forgetting things that need to be done or conveyed to the participants. This checklist can assist in ensuring all the "T" are crossed.

This can also be used as proof that you covered all of the safety and facility restrictions if something unforeseen happens.

Mini Stand Paddle Card Template

I am sure you have had those people who say they are "Just looking". Or during a busy Demo Day you cannot seem to give all of the participants they attention they deserve. Have the Mini Paddle Cards is a way for them to learn the names of the paddles they may be interested in and help them determine which paddles may be within their price point.

Selkirk Rebate Sign Template

You will not find the amount of the rebate participants receive on the Selkirk website. This sign is an easy way to convey that the more they spend, the larger the rebate.

Proving your Promo Code prominently allows them to use it, even if you did not interact with them.

Guaranteed Sign Template

This sign is my ABSOLUTE Favorite. It is simply a play on Selkirk's 30-day money back guarantee. It is a Fantastic way to get people to 'invest' in a paddle. It helps get over the worry that it will not as well for them as it may have during the Demo Day.

As far as I have discovered, there is no other company who will send out a new paddle with postage paid and then take it back within 30-days (Including return shipping!) at no cost to the customer (assuming the paddle is returned in acceptable conditions).

There is a popular large online site which says they have a 30-day return policy, but what they are NOT saying, is that if you return the paddle where they pay the postage, you can apply that cost to your next paddle, or the cost will come out of your refund.

Waiver Release Template

While Demo Days can be a great amount of fun, there can be those times when something unfortunate may happen. It is for these times this template may be of great use. (Better safe than sorry!)

Purchasing insurance can be costly, so the very LEAST you should do is have a signed waiver in the unlikely event something unforeseen happens.

Selkirk Paddle Guide Template

Arguably the most popular of all of the templates is the 'Paddle Roundup'. This spreadsheet, designed to be printed on 8½×14 paper, gives many of the details of all of the current production paddles.

Demo Day Sign-In Templates

When conducting a Demo Day, it is now a requirement to turn in a sign-in sheet with at least six participants. Below you will find four options. Two are just sign-0ion sheets. Two offer a place to indicate additional information. One allows for the marking if the participants has completed a waiver. The other provides a place for the participant to indicate if there is anything they would like to be follow-upped with.

Selkirk Paddle Checklist Templates

I believe that next to the Paddle Guide, this can be the most important take-away for a Demo Day participant. Even experienced players, who LOVED a demo paddle, cannot remember which on it was when they get home. I do encourage them to take a picture of the paddle(s), but this template can offer additional information for reference once they walk away from you.
