Cleaning Your Demo Paddles

Remember that as Selkirk Advocates, our mission is to encourage people to try and play pickleball. And in doing so, we can offer the chance to try the best paddles on the market.

To do that, however, means the paddles we have them use should be in top condition. The two places this is most noticeable is the only part of the paddle they touch (the handle/grip), and the part the ball (is supposed) to touch, the paddle face.

Regularly, at least cleaning the grips, but possibly/preferably, is to replace over grips regularly.

When it comes to the paddle face, this is a much less expensive and easier task. Regardless of the face type, simply use a mild cleaning solution (some dishwashing liquid and water placed in a spray bottle). This can be done after every use. Use a microfiber cloth to dry. If it is a raw carbon fiber face, a cleaning block can be used. Consider using the cleaning fluid after its use.

And because a clean paddle face offers the best experience to the player, (this was introduced to me by another Advocate) you might to use Paddle Reset. It is designed to clean all of the ‘residue’ that the other cleaning process do not. A key for a Great Demo Day!
